Foot Reflexology

Every pair of feet is unique and tells a story. As well as being relaxing and rejuvenating reflexology can be very effective and beneficial for numerous conditions. It could be likened to an MOT for the body and mind and is the perfect therapy to reduce stress and tension.
A foot reflexology treatment lasts an hour including consultation and treatment. Please note, the first session will be 15 minutes longer to include a medical history consultation. This will enable me to gain a better understanding of your health, so that I can tailor a specific treatment plan for you to ensure the best possible outcome from the session.
Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD)

RLD is an award-winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is particularly effective on patients who may develop secondary lymphoedema of the arm following treatment for breast cancer, by helping to reduce the swelling.
RLD is also particularly beneficial for those with non-cancer related and auto-immune disorders such as Arthritis, Asthma, Allergies, Eczema, Chronic fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Headaches, ME, Migraines, Sinus problems and other inflammatory conditions.
This treatment lasts an hour and a half and includes consultation, measurement of the affected limb if lymphoedema and treatment.
Facial Acupressure Therapy

Facial Acupressure therapy treats the unique structure of the face to support emotional and stress relief. It incorporates working with the Chinese Acupressure facial map to benefit the whole body by targeting lymphatic drainage points, improving circulation, toning and relaxing facial tension.
Treatments involve relaxing the head, shoulders and neck before preparing the face for an extremely relaxing treatment in which you will feel pampered and deeply relaxed.
This treatment lasts an hour and includes consultation and treatment.
Foot and Face Combination
£60
You will be in heaven with this combination! 30 minutes of Facial Acupressure Therapy followed by 40 minutes Foot Reflexology. This treatment will leave you feeling fully restored, relaxed and rejuvenated.
Please allow an hour and a half for the entire treatment including consultation.
Spinal Reflexology

Spinal Reflexology provides a powerful treatment which will enable me to not only treat the direct reflex, but also enable me to access the peripheral nerves to a specific organ or part of the body. It therefore offers a more effective response to treatment to help change symptom patterns. It can help to alleviate aches, pain and inflammation associated with back, neck, shoulders and postural problems. It is also very effective in treating a range of disorders from inner ear conditions, to gall stones or adrenal stress. This treatment includes a foot reflexology treatment, followed by additional work on the spine reflex.
This treatment lasts an hour and a half including consultation and treatment.
Crystal Reflexology

A full reflexology treatment for the feet combined with crystal healing to help unlock energy channels, increase circulation and create a deep state of relaxation. Crystals are used to rebalance the chakras, the energy points in your body, as well as aiding in boosting the healing effect during the reflexology treatment.
Using a crystal to perform the reflexology, as well as placing the crystals on, around and underneath the body, can bring about a completely different reflexology experience for the recipient. You may feel a wave of peace or knowing or you may experience a release of something you’ve been holding onto for a while. The effects for each person, from each crystal, are always different.
A beautiful, calming and relaxing treatment to promote good health and well-being.
