Traditional Foot Reflexology

Every pair of feet is unique and tells a story. As well as being relaxing and rejuvenating reflexology can be very effective and beneficial for numerous conditions. It could be likened to an MOT for the body and mind and is the perfect therapy to reduce stress and tension.
A foot reflexology treatment lasts an hour including consultation and treatment. Please note, the first session will be 15 minutes longer to include a medical history consultation. This will enable me to gain a better understanding of your health, so that I can tailor a specific treatment plan for you to ensure the best possible outcome from the session.
Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD)

RLD is an award-winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is particularly effective on patients who may develop secondary lymphoedema of the arm following treatment for breast cancer, by helping to reduce the swelling.
RLD is also particularly beneficial for those with non-cancer related and auto-immune disorders such as Arthritis, Asthma, Allergies, Eczema, Chronic fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Headaches, ME, Migraines, Sinus problems and other inflammatory conditions.
This treatment lasts 90 minutes and includes consultation, measurement of the affected limb if lymphoedema and treatment.
Facial Acupressure Therapy

Facial Acupressure therapy treats the unique structure of the face to support emotional and stress relief. It incorporates working with the Chinese Acupressure facial map to benefit the whole body by targeting lymphatic drainage points, improving circulation, toning and relaxing facial tension.
Treatments involve relaxing the head, shoulders and neck before preparing the face for an extremely relaxing treatment in which you will feel pampered and deeply relaxed.
This treatment lasts an hour and includes consultation and treatment.
Foot and Face Combination

You will be in heaven with this combination! 30 minutes of Facial Acupressure Therapy followed by 40 minutes Foot Reflexology. This treatment will leave you feeling fully restored, relaxed and rejuvenated.
Please allow 90 minutes for the entire treatment including consultation.
Advanced Spinal Reflexology

Spinal Reflexology provides a powerful treatment which will enable me to not only treat the direct reflex, but also enable me to access the peripheral nerves to a specific organ or part of the body. It therefore offers a more effective response to treatment to help change symptom patterns. It can help to alleviate aches, pain and inflammation associated with back, neck, shoulders and postural problems. It is also very effective in treating a range of disorders from inner ear conditions, to gall stones or adrenal stress. This treatment includes a foot reflexology treatment, followed by additional work on the spine reflex.
This treatment lasts an hour and a half and includes consultation and treatment.
Hand Reflexology

Hand reflexology is an exceptionally relaxing treatment to receive, providing the same benefits as those experienced when the feet are treated. It can be beneficial to those who either do not like their feet being touched or have illnesses or conditions preventing a full foot treatment at the time. Hand reflexology is also great for self-treatment for a number of different common conditions and if required, techniques can be demonstrated to enable you to do this at home, in your own time, to continue promoting good health between treatments.
This treatment will last 45 minutes and includes consultation and treatment.
Mobile Reflexology

If you are unable to travel to me for some reason but still want to receive a treatment, maybe you’re feeling poorly or you have your children at home, I can travel to you. Please note, this is only available for those living within a 5-mile radius of Newbury.
This treatment lasts an hour including consultation and treatment.
